A cave seige has been going on since October between the police and members of a Christian cult.

The cult members took refuge in the cave in preparation for Armageddon which will happen sometime in May.

Yesterday 7 women agreed to leave the cave and will await Doomsday at the home of their cult leader.

The police have agreed to not interview the women until Doomsday has passed.

The governor in charge came up with the funniest line I've heard in ages


"The women who have come out will continue their isolation until May, when supposedly the end of the world will happen. That was their condition, which we promised to respect," Mr Melnichenko said
