    Hello I'm a 30 year old man who was given a second chance @life and i'm about 15 lbs overweight my family reunion is comming up @ the end of july, and I need some tips on things to eat and different exercises to do to try and beat my deadlineI just want to to have a overall nice cut physique. can you help?

    the foods you need to eat are foods high in protein(tuna, chicken, egg whites) the good carbs( fruits,vegetables, oatmeal...) eat small meals but 6 or 7 of them.This increases your metabolism..Drink water and juices..avoid all the sodas and junk.As for exercise nothing beats jogging. Hope this helps...
