you talking about the ones when you lie on your back and lift your legs up straight?
If so, try this, place your hands under your hips so your pelvis tilts back, it stops your back arching so much, option 2 is to bend your knees more, this decreases the leverage of your legs and therefore decreases the pressure on your back.
