MY schedule was fairly light when I was first starting out last September since then I've upped the activities twice as I am reaching my goals. Here is my weekly schedule at the moment:

Monday: 10 mins Skipping + 30 mins bag work
    Tuesday: 5 mile run
    Wednesday: Boxing training (Gym)
Thursday: 100 Push ups + 100 sit ups + 50 sit ups raising my legs then someone push's them down (repeat) Sorry I dont know the proper name for this kind of sit up.
    Friday: Boxing Training (Gym)
    Saturday: Rest
    Sunday: 5 mile run

We do core training at the Gym and then about an hour sparring and working on technique. If I miss out one day of training I make it up later in the week, I've got a spreadsheet printed out on my fridge door so I know what I've missed out etc. I've also got a sheet with my personal best reps/times on which I try and beat every week.

    Hope this helps.
