Hi I am 23 I wieght 15 stone.
I started to go to the gym 3 times a week.
I want to build muscle all over i want to be big like 50 cent.
What work outs should I do and is to much wieght exercise bad 4 u.
Doese anyone know where i can get some menus 4 this diet coz im hopeless at sorting out meals for the week 4 high protien and shit like that.![]()
