See im new and need help on losing weight and getting into shape. Im 6'1 215 and only 16 years old. All I really need to know is like some everyday exersizes and how far I should run everyday. I can run right at mile but can only do 30 pushups at a time.Also I have a 100 pound puching bag. Im sorry for any inconvience but Im new and ive been really wanting to learn how to box or if you can tell me any sites were i could learn this stuff that would be nice too.
