There was a post on this about 2 weeks ago, you should have a look through the history maybe 3 pages.
There are 3 ways that I know of.
1.Calipers that measure fat at certain parts of your body. Its better for a professional to measure with these but you can buy them for probably about $20 & do it yourself reasonably accurately, or have a friend do it.
    2. Scales that send electric pulses through your body measuring density I think & then divides the fat content by your weight, (I think that's how they work). If someone has any information on these or has experience with them could you let me know as my girlfriend is thinking about buying one & i'm just wondering how useful they are Accuracy doesn't need to be 100%, but needs to be consistant to mainly measure progress from one week to the next.
& 3. Something along the lines of you sit in water & blah blah blah happens, I so can't remember but this was said in the previous post on the subject. It is supposed to be the most accurate though so you should read back..
Anyway, sorry I couldn't help much more..

Again again if anyone has any experience with those body fat percentage scales could they let me know?
    Thanks.
