I don't, I used to have a couple in my ear, but I got rid of them. I did the cartiledge one myself, which I do not recommend. I took it out when it got caught on the edge of a car door while I was getting in. Very painful.

I thought about maybe getting my tongue pierced, but I'm too much of a wuss to go through with it, though somewhat oddly I have no problem with getting tattoo'd for several hours on end.
