Would people please list for me some fights where a fighter won by out jabbing his opponent. not especially just boxers doing so but im looking for fights where the winning fighter won with his left hand, i want to study how someone might have gotten by with just the jab and the left hook, whether boxer or puncher. thankss

Joe Galzaghe has won fights on his jab alone after he has injured his other hand, Bika comes to mind.

    Larry Holmes vs Butterbean!

I wouldn't say he won it ONLY using the jab, but a good example might be Cotto vs Mosley ,

I remember Felix Sturm beat up Chino's boy friend Oscar De La Hoya all night long with his jab and they had the nerve to give that fight to Oscar

Jab as a weapon? It has to be Ali, Holmes, Lewis, and Big George with the Jab left hook.

JMM has the best jab, right cross, and a left hook or a left uppercut to finishe in the business, but I am not sure if he sees this as his main weapon. Did not use the jab as a weapon against Pacquiao. Marquez is more of a counter lead right, left to the ribs and a finisher, right uppercut.

The trick to this is to work this while going backwards, make the counter work. (at least in the 2 Pac JMM fights) IMHO.

Lennox v Holyfield the first time.

Mike McCallum had an excellent jab.

Tommy Hearns used it when his bombs did not work.

Junior Jones is the man you want to watch...

All of his early stuff, even when he lost.
One of his best jab nights was vs. John M. Johnson II but he got careless towards the end of the fight.

Jones has one of the best jabs I've ever seen.

That's the first one I thought of also... Winky just completely dominated.. He didn't need to do anything pretty whatsoever.. Just covered up, and jabbed.. And Trinidad couldn't do shit the entire fight.... Winky made it look like his gloves were 3 times the size of regulation gloves while he was defending, and made Trinidad look like he hit like a girl... A strange fight..
