Take fish oil, have a good clean diet and lower your calorie intake.

Genetics really... You can't shift fat from any one area purposefully.
Spot fat burning is a complete 100% myth. If you got a fat guy and gave him a chest/tri work out he wouldn't come back with 2% fat on his chest, veins sticking out of his stupidly cut arms and a massive beer belly

It gets burned off from where ever it gets burned off from. Some people just tend to be able to burn more fat from that area than others but in the majority of people it's the last place to go.

No amount of training a muscle group will burn the fat in that area, other than their proximity they share no closer a relationship than with any of the other muscle in your body.

You can develop the muscles more in that area, which will help them show through more but if you want to shift the fat from that area you're just going to have to keep it up with your diet and cardio training.

You can forget standard crunches etc too, they more hit the top region of your abdominals, exercises that work from the legs generally will hit the lower muscles of your core, leg raises (and other varieties) Jack Knives etc

Disagree totally Adam,Im genetically predisposed to having a little paunch, and I used to have Ab's you can crunch walnuts on. Ive seen numerous people turn flab to glad.
Living with an NSCA certified trainer will do that for you
And a standard set of crunches, doest involve just a straight crunch, theres obliques and other things to consider

Exactly, anyone can get ripped, some just easier than others. However fish oil is the closest thing to spot treatment for your stomach fat, apart from lipo that is.

Anybody can burn that bit off fat off, it's just stubborn. Not saying it's impossible.

You can't burn fat specifically from your stomach by exercising the muscles in your stomach. You cannot spot burn fat.

You can,its just takes alot of commitment. And I dont mean I have a work out routine commitment,I mean you have to concentrate on that spot.
You have to know where your flaw spots are and double work them

leggy, for the most part it is just a visual deal. If you have core strength, you have it. You'll get it by doing alot of workouts for core. But having abs that show are a different story.

In one month, and because i cut weight for 2 fights, I went from not having abs, to cutting weight for a week and had abs. A week later they were gone because I was eating lots. Had to cut again..got abs again. A week after that fight, ate a bunch and they were seemingly again gone.

So they moral of the story is...want abs (that show), yes you have to work out your core, but you also need a lean diet and fair amount of cardio workouts to burn fat.

I think abs are overrated. Core strength...that's a different deal.
