Something i seem to struggle with is knowing whether im being to square or to narrow when boxing on the outside,Sometimes i feel as if i am getting to long and as a result am a little off balance so then i make adjustments and get a little wider but then i worry that im getting to square to my opponent .There seems to be such a fine line there and i seem to be struggling a bit with it.Can anyone help?
Also i seen to remember from reading jack dempseys book that he says there are 3 distinct ranges in boxing long range medium range and close range,I know this was written a long time ago but is this still true in modern boxing.Because most of the time i just hear peolple reffering to either inside or outside.
