Yeah, that occurred to me when I saw him with his bear in the close vicinity of other people. Here's hoping these people got a lesson beforehand on proper bear etiquette.

Anyways anyone ever seen the doc "Grizzly Man"? Its been a few years since I saw it but I liked it. It was about Timothy Treadwell (sp?) who lived in alaka with bears for a long time before he was eventually killed by a stray outside male bear that was aggressive because it didnt get to mate or something. I forget. Is as much as a case study of the guy as it is about bears; but the guy really loved bears.
