1 min - Punch&Knees

medium pace, loose, w/back straight

Heavybag-3 rounds
Loose, textbook, having fun.

Shadowboxing- 3 mins
Loose, slow technique, getting into good habits.

Shoulder Frontal raises 4 sets
Shoulder Side Raises 4 sets
Shoulder Press 4 sets
Rear Deltoid Deck 4 sets

Abdomen
Hanging Leg raises 3 sets
Weighted reclined 3 sets
Crunches 3 sets

Sauna & Stretch
