Shadow boxing 4 rounds 2 with 2 pound weights and 2 without
Spar days r Tuesday, thursday,and saterday
I run at night usally at 9 for 2-2.5 miles I dislike running
Also weights Monday - Friday just because I have it as a class I do a 5 day split.

Im 17 weigh 123 not sure on height about 5.8 tho. Also pretty much all mustle
Boxing for 6 months
