exactly, if a 140 lb Alexander was able to rock Witter all night long, and drop him a couple times, imagine what guys like Cotto, Mosley, Berto, Quintana, Clottey, and Collazo would all kill him

He has not been any wars so still has some miles on the clock but he will not be succesful at welter.

I reckon Warren makes a deal with Hennessy for a fight with Kell Brook. Brook will KO Witter, finally enabling Warren to tune some of the public into how good Brook is & turn him into Britain's next big star.
