    I love Motown. The Supremes in particularly are outstanding though.

    My 1st memory of proper music was at 16. The woman who worked in my Mums Cafe had a Son who was in a Band. After there Gigs they would come back for a meal, then have a jam sesion after in the Cafe great Days. They called the Band Vance Arnold and the Avengers. I argued that they should or He should use His real name. So the did, did well the Lads as Joe Cocker and the Grease Band. He was always a better singer than a Gas Fitter

    I never saw Him play an instrument. His mate in the Band was a great Base player. Joe when young was a Fantastic Singer, they cut Georgia, you couldnt tell the difference between His and Ray Charles. It was the Drugs did Him, Sad.
