Well guys I haven't been on here much as of late and some of you may know the reason why. About 3 months ago I quit boxing, my trainer closed his gym and moved half an hour+ drive away from me. I joined a new gym, but still same problem, uni started getting hectic and couldn't balance a social life. This all equated to me losing my love for the sport, it wasn't fair to me or the trainer to continue knowing I wasn't putting my all into it.
My friends convinced me to play footy with them, one of the best decisions of my life. Great bunch of blokes, the easiest training of my life and free beer after the game. What more could a man want?
However I started getting lazy, the training has stopped to basically the small amount of running we do at the footy. I've been eating shitty foods non, drinking beer and all that. I looked at myself in the mirror, i'm no longer the Salty I used to be, my muscles are dieing and the fat is starting to take over (ok i'm not really fat at all, but compared to this time last year my body looks terrible).
So what does this all mean? I'm getting my ass in shape again, new diet, new training plan and here is where I will record it all. I'll put a picture up today of how I look now, then will repost one each month so I can get my physique back. Wish me luck guys![]()
