Is anyone else finding the forum very slow today v.3.1?

I had a few difficulties to access it as well around 23:00-1:00 am France time (so 17:00 NY and Montreal time).

Took several goes today, kept getting the server busy message then it was running real slow.

Its always slow for me, and usually takes a few attempts to get in.
