I am all aboard the hype train for this guy. I think he has skills, just hasn't needed to show them cause he is knocking everyone out in the first round. I think he is legit. Granted it is sparring but he looks great in there with Morales. Hopefully he fights soon, what is the hold up anyway?? I know about the MRI thing with the states but seems inactive just as a whole this year

Valero is decent enough, but I think he is one dimensional. He can be outboxed by someone who can hold it together for several rounds. I'm not sold on him really. That's a good sparring video and Valero holds his own, but I would imagine that was a Morales still needing to sharpen up and trim some fat.

Edwin Valero is very much like what Manny Pacquiao used to be like, although not as quick and not as good obviously. But maybe when Manny Pacquiao retires he can train Edwin Valero, i think Edwin Valero has fallen too much in love with his power. He has got skills he just needs to use them more.
