Well, I have been boxing now for around 3 months, but just recently started to get serious. The gym i go to is open only on monday and wednesday, from 18:00-20:00, so i am not able to get enough the prefered amount of training in. I try to jog around 2-3 kilometers a day, i would do more, but I am living in Northern Norway right now, and you could say that being outside too long would do more harm than good
I am a forign exchange student(from the US), so i am living with a family. Unfortunatly, this family is very unsupportive of my boxing, so i cant do too much other than massive amounts of pushups in every shape and form.
One of my good friends here has been helping me out with my boxing diet, he has had a bit of experience with this type of training.
I am about 5 foot 8, and about 155 pounds. I am southpaw, so i am a little bit different than all of the other people in the "boxing club"
Anyway, i guess that is a solid intro, so i will try to get to my question. What kind of workouts should i try to put into the tuesday-thursday-friday-sunday slots. What should i add? I take saturdays off to hang out with friends.
I have been following this forum for a week or so, and you all seem like a good group. I am completly open to anything you have to say, and would really appreciate all of the advice that you can give me.
