    Default Mundine v Medley

I know Choc is not the most popular guy on this forum but I am looking forward to this card 2nite...

I think the inclusion of "The Contender" final and even the fight of the old bull Nadar Hamdan v the young calf Junior Talipae will make the Mundine card interesting.

As for the main event, Medley will not be a walk over as some of Mundine's past South American cabbies as opponents will be.

All in all, a good boxing card for boxing fans here in Aus I think, what bout u'z?

I would not be surprised if Mundine lost tonight, he has a groin injury and has been struggling to make weight. Not good signs. But if mundine is in usual form then he should win.

Yeah he's not had a great build up but he looks good. Best part of his prep was probably getting the fight moved to middleweight

Controversy as Hamdens corner claim head clash but the ref says its a punch Head clash confirmed by the reply so a technical draw. Crowd yelling "Bullshit bullshit bullshit". Such a shame Junior was gunna win by KO. O well next time. They both agreed to fight again.

So next is the contender Australia final Garth Wood V Kariz Kariuki. Shoule be good. Hopefully not stopped on cuts as 2 fights have been tonight and called a technical draw. Woods does cut easily and Kariz is a great puncher so we will see.

Yeah that was bullshit, the ref used the big Tv screen to make his decision, isnt that instant replay and isnt that banned in boxing except for one or two places in america? What a load of shit, if the ref couldnt make a call at the time then he didnt pay enough attention.

It was a difficult one to see as the ref was on the other side. He did use the replay though and the right decision was made. Lucky for Nader I reckon, Junior was looking good.
