what was the best fight u saw in 09?

mines was sanchez vs guida insane fight all 3 rounds was crazy.

Plenty of good scraps to choose from really, but one's that stick out in my mind for reasons known to myself are, Hardy V Swick - Dont think Hardy was rated too highly for this fight but in my eyes dominated a UFC verteran of sorts in Mike 'Quick' Swick. And now gets a shot at the no1 dog in the division in GSP.

Brock Lesnar v Frank Mir II - Not a great fan of Frank, and followed Brock from his WWE days, so was buzzing when he knacked Frank in the re-match, TBF he should have won the first match but for lack of cage experience.

Anderson Siva v Forrest Griffen - WOW what an absolute clinic put on by the P4P No1 in the game in my eyes. And against a man i respected for his humbleness in Forrest, well that was till he ran out the ring like a girl never to be seen or heard of for months after.

And of course how could one forget Rich Franklin v Wanderlei Silva, one of the best stand up banging matches of the year, awesome spirit and desire shown by both warriors.

Dan Hardy vs Markus "the Irish and grenade" Davis was quite good too, a close fight with action in both sense standing up or on the mat.

agree silva is def one of p4p best in ufc period
