Frochs car was nice and funny hahah this programme shits all over 24/7 by some distance I love watching these 360 episodes, I like Dirrell typical American but nice guy pity his entourage are a bunch of wankers, I feel Dirrell would benefit his career by moving from the family enviroment of being trained. I didn't like the way he just gets up whenever and seems there is a little lack of discipline.

Totally agreed. This is way better then 24/7. I think this is about the only time that Showtime did something better the HBO.

That was a really fun episode. I thought the bit about Froch's car was hilarious and him suggesting it was a Calzaghe fan! It reminded me of that episode of Alan Partridge where they sprayed rude graffiti on his car! Quality!

That was a great watch. Shaw and Kalle Sauerland are actors, right? If I didn't know who they were I'd think they were plants.

Yep, it beats the crap out of 24/7. And why does Kalle Sauerland sound like he comes from Surbiton? Did he go to school here or did he get taught English by a southerner? It's perfect English especially for a German, no Germanic vs and ws at all. Maybe his mother is English. I'd love to know the answer to that one.

I wouldn't blatantly say that 24 7 is superior to fight camp or vice versa. They're both great in their own ways. One really brings you into the guys life but is not presented as nicely. The other has fantastic presentation but watered down material. I just get a kick out of whenever Gary Shaw speaks he fits every American stereotype there is ahah
