Result, 2 great fights on the same night and neither are on PPV
Agreed atleast it aint on PPV.Now lets hope Paulie wins![]()
No I am officially a Khan fan, he should never have left ITV, it will be a great night of boxing.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Good to see some non-PPV boxing back on in Britian.
Well done ITV!!!
'Two great fights in one night'? Who else is fighting then?
Both the same night?
Cool, I liked how they went head to head in that fashion last time, Mitchell putting on a clinic against Khan conqueror Prescott, and then Khan demolishing his title challenger inside a round.
Hopefully both of our boys can make similar statements this time around.
I think Khan has the harder fight, although both probably have the easier fight for them if that makes sense.
Mitchell will relish going to war with Katsidis, but I think could struggle to look good against the awkwardness of Paulie, whereas Khan has the speed to give Paulie fis, but would be taking a big risk getting in with the rough and tumble Kats.
I hope they both win well and can maybe move a step closer to meeting down the road.
I think Khan, despite being something of a laughing stock to many however, is about to move to the next level.
A win over Paulie proves he is a legit beltholder.

Yes same night mate, should be a great night next few weeks look amazing can't wait!!!
Will be an awesome night...makes it better I dont have to fork out £15 for it.
That will be going on the pizza and booze. Roll on May 15th.
I think your dead right. Love him or hate him Malignaggi has never been stopped, aside from that ridiculous retirement from McGirt against Hatton. Khna could make a real statement if he stops Malignaggi. How easy that'll be i've no idea though. I like Malignaggi in this fight personally. I don't think Khan is a clever enough boxer, just one that can go with a game plan.
Thank fuck for that!
The people up top must have read some of our numerous "PPV is killing boxing" commments. Nice to see a fight that I actually want to wach on normal TV.
Mitchell is on Sky, I know that much. Khan will probably be on ITV2.
I say Khan on points through out working Paulie and landing more punches to the gloves and arms.![]()
ITV will show the repeat on a sensible and mainstream time the following day to maximise viewers which should be in the millions. It makes commercial sense to go on free TV with the advertisement revenue Khan can make to make up for the PPV deal that he chose not to go down the road of.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
