Could any web developers help me??

Guys or Girls, i'm after some help in the web developing department. I'm a designer, I've designed pretty much an entire site, spent hours and hours and hours on it, its a purely non-profit boxing site, just for the love, but now i've realised i'm in way to deep and can't do anything else to further it other than fumble around with dreamweaver and wordpress, which is needed. The website will be in the words of Will Ferrell "Kind of a big deal" once its up and running. If anyone can spare me some time atall, then please just PM me. The budget for this I don't actually know aside from low to none, but it needs a boxing fan to help me, as without a passion for the sport, nobody else i'm sure would give me time or day.
