Default Mobile phone buffs help needed..

Now I have a contract with T Mobile but they don't do they I Phone now I am willing to buy one on an open network and use my sim, but I have heard that some of the apps will not work on the T Mobile network but then other people have said it will be fine as T Mobile have the I Phone in other European countries, now anyone no if I did this would I have any problems? Would my I Phone work like the rest?

An European iphone should be a correct iphone, Tmobile network ain't worst than any good networks. The only thing is that you have to buy an unlock Iphone to be certain that your simcard won't be blocked (as some phones are blocked). If you buy a locked one, I believe that any carphone warehouse for a few bucks would unlock it straight away. Sometimes the networks differ from America to Europa (where networks are more performing) so it should be all candy if you get one unlocked from Europe.

Cheers mate I can get an unblocked I Phone for more or less the same money, but I have been reading conflicting info on this some say it is fine and it will work perfectly well then other reports say some of the Apps won't work on T Mobile as the I Phone has an exclusive deal with only certain networks within the UK, I think the best bet is to go into a Carphone Warehouse and see what they say.

I think that quality apps will work and that some average ones might have a bit of conflict on rare occasions but I don't see why top apps wouldn't work, Tmobile has one of the best network in Europe, that would be very dubious especially because Apps are not encoded to work on some specific networks and not on some others, do you imagine the headaches if it would be so and for each apps?
As I said, top apps will work fine I am 100% positive, as there is over 1 million applications existing or something silly like this, it might be that some won't work in some networks because they are not well programmed but again, a small issues for shi* apps I think.

I made a quick research for you and somebody seems to say it works perfectly for him and writes where he took some of his setup:
