Anyone been?

Going there in four weeks as a mate of mine has a villa out there so going over in a group of 6.

I heard it's very expensive in Puerto Banus as it's, pretty much, where all the drug barons live. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of the place or know of any good bars/clubs where we won't be paying 12€ a drink.

I have been to Ibiza six times, Malia a couple of times - didn't think Marbella would be as rough as those places. Then again, I also heard this isn't much of a police presence there, though.

Agreed about going away with the lads - but it's with the missus, my brother, my mate and two of my birds mates.

Marbella is fine.
Just watch out for the pickpockets that hang around the bars. Theyu are sneaky little feckers.
Estapona is nearby, which is quite lively with Spanish ladies on a Saturday night.
