i think martinez will win this time! the first time i think he had a slight lead late in the fight but he kind of got tired. think williams deserved the victory by the slightest of margins.

Martinez has certainly not been taking it easy over the last 18 months cintron, williams, pavlik, williams...thought he would fight a gimme, but good on him rematching williams instead. Their first fight was so close and entertaining I wish it had been a draw, I guess I hope martinez takes it because he does not have much time left I don't think.

I agree...I am big on him right now Martinez is the guy that has missed the big stage for too long...though age is going to keep his spotlight short....He was/is known to the better then average fan but the casual fan he is becoming known to more since the Williams fight then especially after the Pavlik fight

Think Martinez can do as he pleases at 154 and glad they made this rematch. He reminds me of a Winky wright of a different sort in skill and how long he's been under the radar. He has lapses with low hands and breaking form but more by choice and I think Martinez and Williams are going in two different directions.

That statement could be true. I sorta felt the same way and thought Williams should look for an easier fight before fighting Martinez again. I see Martinez winning in a more decisive fashion although Tall Paul rebounded from his only loss to demolish Quintana, which may show he learns and adjusts.

Pretty sure they are going to fight at Middleweight since Martinez has those belts and all.. Would be kind of silly to fight at any other weight, don't you think?
