Default Ulises Solis was robbed in Argentina!

What an absolute robbery. Solis absolutely dominated the champion Lazarte from the first round on. That's why boxing is becoming an absolute circus. Solis did what he wanted to do, boxed beautifully, and had Lazarte backing up most of the fight. On top of that, Lazarte should have been disqualified for hitting behind the head numerous times. He was deducted two points for hitting in back of the head and should have been deducted even more points for trying to bite Ulises on the side of his head in the 3rd or 4th round. Anyone who saw this fight, please feel free to add your comments.

There has to be an immediate rematch for this dastard robbery. This is total bullshit. Even the Argentine announcers said Solis should have taken the title back home to Mexico. If Lazarte doesn't want to fight in Mexico, let them fight in the U.S. because no Mexican fighter should ever fight in Argentina again. What a fucking disgrace!

Solis would have been the 15th Mexican born fighter to win a major world title in 2010. 7 of those fighters won titles for the very first time. The 14 world titles won by mexican boxers breaks their own record of 13 world titles won in 2004. There are currently 11 world champions from Mexico. Indeed, mexican boxing is thriving and will continue to prosper with so many current champions, top contenders and blue chip prospects.

Agree Milmascaras. Ulises fought against a quite dirty guy, a referee, and the judges.

Now I am watching El Travieso...not sure if the fights are live.

when it comes to blatant robberies in boxing, argentina is up there with canada, and japan. there is absolutely no way lazarte won this fight. in fact, he was lucky to win 3 rounds at best. this little guy is as dirty as they come and should have been DQ'd for excessive hitting behind the head and attempting to bite solis. if this is the only way argentina can hold unto their titles, fuck them and let them. everyone knows solis dominated this fight from start to finish.
