I've seen these in a lot of fitness/health magazines lately and not just on Danoz direct where most crap ends up being sold.

Thing is I can't help being sceptical that it's just a bracelet that can't actually have any real function really ........

Anyone have any other opinions? Am I really crazy for not getting on the bandwagon of all the mythical bracelet wearing elite athletes out there ...

Well I'm sure if your boy was performing better than your other students for some unknown reason you'd have followed it up by now Scrap so I will rest assured that it is not the miracle it claims to be!

Youngblood has it worked for you - evil staying away? Nice thought from your Granma to want to keep evil away though. She's still a better shopper than mine.

One year when i was 10 my Grandma gave me a size 18 pair of old ladies knickers. I think she just forgot I was coming for christmas and pulled a pair out of her drawer to wrap up ........ Geez thanks Grandma - maybe I can cut them up and re-sow them into a dress Still all you can do is smile and pretend you love it!

Yeah they work...they work for the guy who makes them, and the guy who sells them and for the banker that keep up with that cash flowing into the account. Go to your local hardware store and buy some copper wire and braid it into a bracelet...you get the same results....nothing.

Reminds me of the ancient warriors who carried bear claws and tiger tooths around their necks thinking it would give them extra strength and power.

Yeah I'm sure a lot of the celebrity athletes who put their names to them know they are crap and just do it for the money. A pity they sell out for that knowing that more vulnerable people will fall for it!

I can imagine the ancient warriors who wore bear claws because they once had to fight one to either protect/feed their family would get genuine benefit from it. Just the reminder of having overcome previous struggles would have a psychological benefit but some idiot wearing the result of needless poaching is a bit unfortunate!

Scary how many products of endagered species are still believe to have some kind of mythical power in some cultures!
