This is actually not a joke...just look up a number of YouTube video's in the search bar type something like "Phillipines inmates dance" - This is what they do in their spare time and they are strangely good!

My friend from Canada first alerted me to it but I didn't believe him until he posted a video on my facebook wall of a bunch of inmates doing choreography to "Thriller" - I guess most inmates in the West hit the weights room..in the East, they practice dance.
