    Default Getting down to weight

    Hi All,

I've been training at a boxing gym for a while now, around 9 months and i'm really wanting to start getting my weight down. I'm approx 93kgs and am loking to get down to 80kgs as quick as poss. (By June if poss)

What are the kind of things I should be eating and drinking in my daily routine to aid this?

    Any help appreciated.

    Jay

What is your body fat percentage?

Listen to someone who has lots of experience with this stuff don't loose muscle.

In 2005 I went from 100kgs to 70kgs. In 2010 I attempted it again and went from 100kgs only got down to 82kgs now I'm 87kgs but have a smaller waist then I did when I was 82kgs.

I think your best advice will be, eat protein and veg cook it properly 6-8 small meals a day lots of fruit. Never junk food never fizzy cooldrinks . 4-8 liters of water a day. Zero carbs . Work out hard. If your a can run or like to start building your kms per week start slow build yourself up. work hard never give up never surrender this is not a diet this is a lifestyle . Don't let any make you eat shit cos its easier to do. Don't be lazy. Take the stairs. Work for it nothing is easy in this life. Trust me I'm not a extremist but look at everyone who does just enuff toget buy guys are going to the gym for years but have not lost 1kg. Wtf
