If you're worried about damaging your brain boxing in general probably isn't the best bet. I took NO Xplode or whatever for a while and that stuff is definetly bad for you. The main ingredient was really just a mega dose of caffeine as is the case with a lot of these new trendy workout "supplements". Its more of a placebo effect than anything.

I have also taken NO Xplode, and it gave me a really good pump when lifting weights. They same it pumps more oxygen into the blood. I did notice that while i was on it, it would only take 2-3 beers and i was feeling pretty good.

HAHA NO Xplode is crap. I took it once and stopped once I finished the tub. Jack3d is awesome (but you may test positive for dimeth-1 ), Quake isnt bad, Vasocharge is good, Blackpowder is kind of like NO Xplode but works and good luck sleeping if you take it in the arvo, Shotgun isnt very good, Magnum Serum is good but tastes like shit. All these things give you a good pump, good energy and help you focus on the job at hand. I lift weights 5 days a week and have been for the past two yrs and I am currently using vasocharge, the best ive tried is jack3d.

I agree with Snakey. I myself take Jack3D. It definitely helps on the days when motivation or fatigue keep you from wanting to get into the gym. USPlabs has a lot of good products, and it receives a lot of good reviews on the net. Not a lot of fillers.

I take it before boxing, running, lifting. Makes me feel like a machine, but I am a little worried about long term use. I try to limit doses to about 4-5 days a week, have to have a 2 day break.

I would like to get back to working out without any supplements, can't go wrong with natural highs. It does get a little addicting in the fact that I feel like I can't work out without it.
