    Default British Current P4P

Here is the Sportinglife.com's current British p4p.

I'm surprised Carl Froch is not number 1. I'd probably have Carl Froch, Amir Khan, and then David Haye. What say you?

Well I agree Froch's resume is better, but realistically when you are a world heavyweight champ you will always be British number one I would imagine. We've only have four heavyweight champs in the past 100 or so years.

Haye is number one in an absolute sense, and as heavyweight champ he's the glamour boy of British boxing.

I agree Froch should be above Haye but Khan is above both P4P. Froch has the best resume. I think Khan would beat FRoch P4P. That's all she wrote.

More of your subjective p4p nonsense. You have to apply the rankings criteria Fenster. It's all about the criteria.

Haye, Froch, Khan is a fair order based on acomplishments, opponent's, weight class, performances etc.

Your opinion that Khan might be Froch in a mythical p4p matchup has no bearing on where they should rank according to the appropriate criteria. That is why you cannot understand p4p.

Also, God is. The Jews rule. Miles is boring.

    And that is all.

i think its based on opinion rather than fact

yes perhaps haye would beat froch if they were the same weight

considering record tho froch has to come out on top

Haye was THEE unified Cruiser champ that's Lineal Blood Line that alone holds more merit then anything Khan & Froch have done to date for my likings.

There is NO way DeGale is top 10, sorry but no.

I think the top 3 are easy Haye, Froch, Khan...

I would have Ola Ofalabi & Matthew Macklin somewhere on there.

Froch should deffo be 1, even Kahn has fought better opponents.

What has Haye done in the past year? Fought a retired Ruiz and Harrison and where were they on the heavyweight rankings? Id bet neither were in the top ten! Froch has fought Kessler and Abraham in the last year!

If they were both the same size id pick Froch over Haye. Froch has far too much stamina and fight in him. Although im not fond of him, I am starting to respect him as a fighter and he has a hell of a lot more fight in him. I just couldnt see him sagging and looking like a lost little girl only a few rounds in against a retired 40 year old

Top ten in that organisation but not in general for the heavyweight division. Thats what im saying. Both Kessler and Abraham are leagues above Ruiz and Harrison and thats in their respective primes and when Haye fought them

i dont disagree, i think froch should be higher than haye

i personally think froch should be much higher than he is in the world p4p rankings

i keep banging on about how martinez is seen, yes he deserves to be to 10 but comparing his record to froches, froch deserves to be higher in my opinion

it would be interesting to know how ruiz was seen by the other organisations when he fought haye

Problem is that he didn't really beat anyone of note as a cruiserweight.

froch should be higher than he is in the world rankings. if he beat Ward he'd be top 10 or so. if he beat Ward and Bute, he'd be top 5.

i don't agree with you about martinez, but we've gone over that already.

The thing with Froch being p4p is that if you put him in, then Kessler would surely have to go above him, and Ward would have to go above both of them. Then Bute would have to be ranked up there as well. That seems a bit farcical to me. The Supermiddleweight division needs to clarify itself a bit first, wait and see who wins the super six before we make any of those guys p4p.

its like saying cintron should be even with martinez coz he drew with him
