    Default April 9th PPV Card

Eric Morales headlining a PPV card!!! Seriously?!?
Yes he is! And to be honest, I think I might pay for it($5 at the sportsbar). This looks to be a good fight card . . .
Erik Morales vs. Marcos Maidana (junior welterweight)
Robert Guerrero vs. Michael Katsidis (lightweight)
James Kirkland vs. Nobuhiro Ishida (middleweight)

I wanna see the outcome and the futures of the winners.
How do you see these fights ending?

It's a great card. And, to make things even better, Sky Sports are showing it live for 'free'. Looking forward to it.

The negative of this card is that all the outcomes are predictable.

    Maidana over Morales
    Guerrero over Kastidis
    Kirkland over ______

At least on paper, none of the fights seem evenly matched.

I fancy Katsidis over Guerrero, personally.

Love that. I'll be rooting for him too. Do you know what the odds are?

Is it really free on Sky and yet they will charge for Khan fight?

Good card, glad Sky have got involved.

I can see Katsidis winning that one. It's gonna take a lot to beat him.

its the first ppv boxing card in a while that the undercard is pretty solid. I just hope paulie gets smashed.

If I'm not mistaken, isn't Winky Wright on the card as well?

Winky pulled out. Some say weight problems. Some say injury. But a solid Winky at 154 is a problem for anybody.
    Dream match up . . .
    Prime Winky vs todays Martinez

Yeah, its on at 2am. I'd have paid £15 for this if it was ppv, too. Looking forward to it.

Rantcatrat, can'tf find any odds anywhere. No British bookie seems to be opening a book for it.

The odds are - Guerrero 1/2, Katsidis 6/4 (Paddy Power).
    3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.

i wouldn't really say Guerrero vs Katsidis has a clear favorite i mean Guerrero dominated Escobedo till the last few rounds but he was hurt a couple times in the last 3, he looked like crap against Casamayor and again was hurt by Casa, Katsidis is a bigger banger than both guys and IMO he can pressure and hurt Guerrero

should be an interesting competitive fight

I hope Kirkland gets it all together but honestly wouldn't be shocked if he got sparked very soon. He was stunned big last outing off routine righthand and is desperately lacking in rounds.
