Where do you turn off the e-mail notifications?

I mean when someone replies to a thread it also gets sent to my junk mail?

Then - GENERAL SETTINGS (lefthand side)

Then - MESSAGING & NOTIFICATIONS

Tick the don't recieve emails box.
