I'm looking for someone that can recommend software that can for file conversion for videos. I need to get AVI to FLV. There's a million conversion programs out there, but I'm looking for one that isn't going to be a spy bomb.

For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

I've used xilisoft software before... always worked well.
FLV converter: Convert FLV to MPEG/AVI/MP3/WMV/3GP/MP4 video converter
Not sure what limitations the free trial has... but you could always *ahem* acquire it elsewhere...

Prism Video file converter, it is free and when they try to charge you uninstall it and they will give you the free option not to uninstall it.
