Haye v Wlad poll

I have been thinking long and hard about the various outcomes of this fight, and I do think it will be a short fight, I also think both guys have a chance of the KO win.
However i have to base my pick, on the fact that Haye hasnt fought any HW punchers , and as i said i think he has a chance early , but I am going with my head and picking Wlad.

I dont think it will be a classic fight but its got me feeling the buzz of excitment that few fights do.

Haye has ran from Valuev to avoid getting hit , he didnt have anything to beat in Harrison and took 3 rounds to win.
I just think if he stays at distance he will get impaled on the end of Wlad's jab and KOED.
For me Haye has to use head movement and get inside with his big shots. He may prove me wrong and win , but i just havent seen any evidence that he will win.

Haye's gonna have to get inside for sure. There are 2 strategies I could imagine for him:

1) jumping in, unleashing big bombs, jumping out.

2) Trying to constantly hunt down Klitschko, put the max of pressure on him, trying to make him fight on hi heels and still aiming for the Ko.

I really doubt it all and I hardly see how Klitschko could lose that one except by the "HW one punch knock out possibility".

Absolutely, Haye has all the problems here. Wlad will control the distance and once that ramrod jab begins to find a home, Haye is going to be on the retreat. I think it will take a few rounds for Wlad to get going, but once he does Haye is for it.

Much like Al I got to go with head over heart, not that I love Haye however I do find hiim more interesting. Head does say though that Wlad is just to big and knows his own limitations, he's not going to want to expend to much energy early on so he can take it later on in the fight.

Im picking Haye to pull off the upset with a ko win. His confidence has rubbed off on me and made me a believer. In saying that tho i have a horrible feeling that my heart is ruling my head.

Wlad, Ko, between 9-12. He'll do what he usually does, wear his man down, probably a bit more assertively than usual but without taking too many chances, then go for the knockout when Haye's demoralised and tired. I don't think Haye'll be able to do much about it unless he can break that routine early and get Wladimir out of his usual routine and fighting scared, where he may be able to take advantage of it and get a knockout. i think a Haye decision is out of the question really.

hahah - Talk about a long shot. What are you basing this on? Haye could not KO Valuev, took 9 rounds to KO Ruiz and 5 rounds to KO Barrett and Monte even managed to knock Haye on his ass for an unofficial KD. Haye also took 3 rounds to KO Harrison and Fraudley wasnt even punching back. Now you are saying Haye will KO a guy that hasnt even been remotely in trouble against ring top ten Heavyweights in his last 10 fights? Barrett, Valuev and Harrison combined dont have the power or skill of Wladimir.

I think Haye is going to run all day and either Wlad will get a late KO or will take a wide unanimous decision.
