watch the fight and video he clear as day tells them to fight on.
Good lesson to all boxers: be always ready. Ortiz could only blame himself. On the other hand those almost 4 rounds clearly proved that FM was winning the fight. No doubt.
Hopely Ortiz stop whining and start to learn what professional boxing is all about.

I didn't like the Primetime coverage as instead if using the American commentary they used their own over a very muted ambient audio.
So if Cortez did say "box on" we wouldn't have been able to hear it anyway. If people who watched the HBO coverage heard him then I believe them, but that doesn't excuse Cortez's poor handling of the situation, nor explain why he was flirting with the timekeeper.

I saw it on Primetime and I heard him call fight on. Cortez has made a statement too.
