Big bottle of booze, a night out with the girls and some kind of pampering session.
Most women I know once they have got the baby out, just want to go out and get pissed up after abstaining for 9 months. Get her a bottle of something nice, send her somewhere with some girls on a night out and get her treated to a spa and massage while she is there.
I expect she will also want a new wardrobe after strteching all her old stuff.
Failing that, a gassless MIG welder sounds like something every girl dreams of!

The best gift? Treat her like a Queen, do all the chores in the house and give her tons of time to rest, wake up yourself when the little one cries in the night, that and little attentions. That worths much more than anything you could buy mate.
