    Default Shopping for new headgear

I just wanted to get an idea of what most people use to spar. I have been looking at the Winning FG 5000 but I really don't want to pay $370 for headgear. There are a few others like Grant and Cleto Reyes but still they are a bit steep in price. I was wondering if there was any headgear that was durable for a cheaper price (< $100).

I bought this headgear a few years back.It is professional gear just like Winning,Grant etc. The website looks kind of suspect so call to make sure they are still a business. The list price for all sizes is $68..That is an excellent deal, that will be hard to match..The quality of construction is very good. It complemented the other gear that i purchased from them(shoes, gloves and protective cup). Anyways the leather of the headpiece lasted a very long time. With no tearing or cracking of material.......

I've been searching for a new head gear myself, something that compares to the shock absorption that the Winning FG-2900 has. This is what I have found, Ring To Cage Mexican Style Headgear.
