Martin Murray versus Darren Barker or Andy Lee

I haven't watched the whole fight, but a draw with Felix Sturm may be the best outcome Murray could have realistically got out of last Friday's fight with Sturm. If Barker can't get the Chavez Jr. fight, which I doubt because he's too dangerous, wouldn't a Murray versus Barker scrap be a good second prize? Or maybe even Murray against Andy Lee on the undercard of the Macklin v. Martinez fight?

I thought Macklin was just the muted opponent and nothing is guaranteed yet. Murray against Andy Lee would give Murray a chance to boost his profile stateside. The fight the UK fans want to see obviously is Barker v Macklin but after suffering a cancellation i think both will fight other opponents and let it build up again into a UK super fight. Martinez should be fighting Sturm or Chavez Jr, but don't expect them to be testing themselves any time soon. Sturm is definitely slowing down and is much more showy than effective so i think he continues to avoid Martinez.
