Hey i was wondering if anybody could explain what the types of defending there is, im new to boxing (1 1/2 months) so i try to just use head movement and my move my hands to block their punches
but ive heard of shoulder roll, slipping, etc.. i wanna learn these techniques, but i dont know how to get started on practicing them, and i dont fully understand what they really are. any tips on learning how? Etc, thanks![]()
