Default Left shoulder higher than the right

    Hallo guys,

i've noticed when taking a photo that my left shoulder is always higher than the right. When i stay in front of a mirror i don't notice the difference. I've noticed that i carry alway the bags with my right hand and get some minor back problems on the same side. On other hand i dont have neck problems for now... So i am thinking that something in my hip/bag is gone wrong. Can you give me some advice?

Sounds like a Hip problem you have, with the shoulders compensating.

I had a similar problem. A physio quickly sorted it out by working on a few things like my hip and hamstring flexibility along with hip flexor strength

If you stand in front of a mirror and find your hip bone with your thumbs
you should be able to see from how level your thumbs are if you are tilted.
If you then look down at your thumbs you should be able to see if they are in line or if your hip is rotated.

Honestly though, if it is causing you problems it would be best to see a professional...
