Yeah Tyson was great and I miss him too but there'll never be someone like that because every time a great fighter comes along you'll get nostalgic fans telling you that he isn't as good as Mike Tyson. I'm not a Wladimir Klitschko fan but I'm learning to shut up moaning about his boring style and just get on with it. Fact is, the dude is very good at negating what his opponent does and is a very, very good fighter. If you hate the guy, get behind someone who you think can put an end to his era. Boxing isn't as dead as people think, they're just not looking hard enough for the talent.

    Positive words^^

Its true. I dont like Wlad style but he seems like a nice guy and he is the best of this era. (Not inc vitali)

Haye should be asking for a rematch with Wlad not aiming for vitali.

For a short time Tyson was the most exciting fighter in the world.

He was exciting yeah but as far as missing an era goes, Hell I'd love to see Gene Tunney, Braddock, Baer, Luis, etc..etc all those guys go at it in high def or better yet. LIVE

    Alas...

P.S I do not believe tyson would ever beat a solid tall boxer with technique and pop ever. He had never done so and to say if he would come in the fight dedicated with the right people and all that jazz is like saying if Wlad had Vitali's chin or if Marquez had the punching power of Mosley. A fighter's dedication and his smarts to know who to have with him is just an equal of a trait as is hand speed or stamina.

In that sense I agree with you. It really was an event to see him fight.

The only 2 heavyweights who really brought to the front with excitement were Tyson & Ali....these 2 griped the world like no other....win or lose these 2 would be an event no other heavyweight in the modern era could ever do...these 2 greats had the X Factor

job biscuit (Tyson v Ali, now that would of been an event)!!!

    eh eh!!!
