Amir Khan + Chin - Heart = Andre Dirrell. (When i say 'Chin' i mean comparatively speaking!) Is that a fair assessment or am i being unkind?

Did AA put the fear of god into him or what?

It's being unfair. However, what becomes of Dirrell's career is yet to be seen. In my opinion, he's the only guy at 168 worth fighting for Andre Ward. It doesn't make any sense though, unless Dirrell wins a big fight.

Direll need's to fight Bika. I also think Bute would be a stylistic nightmare for him (even post Froch) considering Bute is not really a pressure fighter...

Bika is exactly the kind of opponent Dirrell needs to face.
