Default Shane Mosley vs. Pablo Cano is signed for May 18th in Cancun

Shane Mosley is Back, Faces Cano on May 18th in Cancun - Boxing News

Well it looks like Shane is making a comeback. If he has anything left of his former self he should pull the W because Cano is there to be hit and cuts up. If his legs are completely gone I wouldn't be shocked if Cano won. It really depends on what Shane has left. Also, I'm suprised Shane agreed to fight in Mexico rather than get a US fight.

Sergio Thompson vs. Rocky Juarez is also signed for the undercard.

Shane will probably be drugged up for this one.
He should stay retired. So boring.

I usually couldn't care less about fighters' purses in fights, but in this case I'll make an exception. Whatever Shane is making for this fight, I hope it's enough to get him out of whatever financial troubles he might be in.... and then he can just retire again and enjoy the rest of his life.

If Roy Jones Jr. and Lennox Lewis can be paid to be behind a mike for televised fights, I'm sure they can find a spot for someone like Sugar Shane also.

Mosley always struck me as a guy too smart and wise to hang around at the end clinging onto shadows. Shame really.

I think Cano rises to the occasion and really does a number on Mosley.

Good luck to Shane, he will fight on like Roy and Holyfield and have their success. Which is not a lot.

He probably was. He just wasn't smart enough to realise he was marrying a gold digger, hence why the poor guy has to return.

Shane cheated on his wife who gave him 4 children, he lay his bed now he needs to sleep in it.

I didn't realise that. But you don't know both sides of the story though there mate. Say he got home and the ironing wasn't done, his dinner wasn't on the table, and she has a "headache" and feels "tired"? What is the poor guy supposed to do?

I can't say I enjoy watching these old guys continuing to fight, and Shane recently has been going the same way as RJJ and Oliver McCall in terms of his skills deteriorating rather than adapting his style like Hopkins has. I hope he isn't going to get a severe beating here, and that he can take a little dignity with him when he finally does hang up the gloves for good.

4 fights in 3 years with 0 wins at 41.

It's about time Shane Mosley fucked off.

Think y'all are underestimating Cano. Dont be fooled by the Malignaggi loss, he won that fight. Cano brings it and at this stage in Mosleys career should be able to outpoint him imo.

Have you been locked away somewhere? Paulie backed away from that over money over a month ago. Paulie is fighting Broner now.

Paulie got a lot of criticism for taking on Shane so he backed out.
