    Default Who's next for Wlad?

Who will he fight after Povetkin? Who has a chance at beating him?

He won't be looking past Povetkin although he's a heavy favourite. I think he'll fight a prospect or two as he looks towards his legacy but I can't see him sticking around for too much longer. All his old challangers are doing the rounds again and he's got nothing else to prove.

Wlad says he wants to stay until the Brazil Olympics and fight there so he will be staying around for a bit longer.

Wlad will more than likely fight 1 of the following next: Pulev, Stiverne, or Arreola

No none of them will beat him but out of the 3 I think Arreola could give him the hardest time because he has a solid chin, decent enough boxing skills, and you can tell he's aching for another bite at the apple.

But all I see is KO 8-10, TKO 5, KO 8

    For the record..........

    third time's the charm

Prov. The third time you try to do something, it will work. Jill: I've called Miriam twice, but she doesn't answer her phone. Jane: Try again. The third time's the charm.

I'm hopeful he'll fight Arreola. He's got to fight fighters that on paper have a chance of pulling the upset and Arreola's punch power and solid chin would provide an intriguing test. I actually think Chisora wouldn't be a bad fight at this stage if he gets another decent win under his belt.

I like the idea of an Arreola fight, Cris never smothers himself, he fights at a steady but slow pace, heavy hands, decent fundamentals. I think he and Fury have better styles to offer Wlad as far as being more fluid.

arreola is big and cuddly, it would probably be a nice 12 rounds for him

They have changed the rules, professionals can compete at the next olympics.

I think Arreola has more of a chance than people think. Povetkin was making Wlad retreat in the first few rounds, and easily got inside. Arreola is a MUCH better pressure fighter than Povetkin, and has more power.
