perez deducted a point in 8th,perez sure proved he could take heavy shots here as well

Easy? What fight did you watch? Pretty CLEAR after the first 5 rounds perhaps, but not one round was 'easy'

Yea it was a close battle throughout. Lot of rounds were hard to score because both guys were constantly trading and landing equally.. I only saw the fight once but thats the impression I got..

My memory could be hazy but perez reminds me of a young , Juan Carlos Gomez.

He reminded me of Gomez as well. Bigger puncher at heavy tho.

It's good to see Perez in the mix n active. He got a lot of people's attention when he steam rolled thru the Prizefighter tournament a few years back.
