Default im fighting a guy whos 5-0 september 12th

Ill be making my cruiserweight debut for this fight and I can bring some good news that I recently did some sparring with the guy who I lost to and I beat him up badly for three rounds, I don't think I got hit once either. I have taken that loss very seriously and it was the best thing that could have happened to me really. I have been training for this fight for a while now and I have heard the lad im fighting spent the weekend at creamfields...so he might think ill be a walk over. Ill be able to box a lot better in this one and it wont be a scrappy one like the last one. Hopefully ill get the win, but theres no step back at all.

I understand why I lost my last one and I felt like I put the loss to bed in a way with my performance in sparring with him, it will be a great fight anyway with this guy, ill keep you posted.

going off how I did in are sparring session last week it was an embarrassment why I lost to him. I didn't prepare well enough and that's why I lost, there was factors in that but I don't want to be David Haye. But its the kick up the arse I needed and I have gone down a lot of weight since then and I am performing a lot better in training so fingers crossed all goes well for this fight. ill post a video of who im against.

Hes the one in the blue

Hes tall and uses his range, but he doesn't like to be pressured. If I stand off and let him get comfortable I will get picked off, I need to not let him get in a rhythm and throw combinations. Singles wont work against this guy, will be my toughest one to date but I am up for it.

I only watched a bit of the first one, I got to go. But on first sight he looses his initial speed fast and then his gloves pump up and down for no good reason as he moves, sort of tells you make him work and then when his habit kicks in, if you throw at his gloves when they are at his cheeks they'll be on the down stroke when yours land on his chin. Time him off his arms move in, catch him coming.

cheers for the advice, it makes sense. I have been sparring a lot with are champion Kev ward who is better and taller than him and as soon as I lay off the gas that's when I get picked off and if I am out of range I am easy pickings. In the videos I have watched of him everybody is head hunting as well, I need to chop down the tree and big ones over the top. I have been working on that a lot, never throwing one jab either, twos are threes to set up the work.

Work to the body and the head will fall, try and make him fight your fight, pressure mate plenty of
head movement, good luck Tam mate.

Cheers mate, yeah that's what ive been thinking. I just need to be active and make sure I don't get picked off, will be a tough one but I feel I perform better against better opposition so fingers crossed this will be my best performance to date. Its no doubt my toughest challenge.
